Everything is burning. Everything Burns.

I feel like I am living in some sort of Post-apocalyptic or end of world novel. The pandemic has now been raging for so many months. SO MANY. People are complete idiots about it, claiming it is a hoax and that it's no worse than a cold, while 220,000 Americans have died. Now we know it can have an effect for months after and that it is a vascular disease not a lung disease. Does it matter? No. Not as long as people refuse to wear a mask. Our Shitgibbon of a president (he doesn't deserve a capital) has made everything worse as there is no profit in saving lives. The fires in Oregon and California were crazy and now the crazy is here in Colorado. Everything is on fire. The Calwood fire is close to me and at about 10,000 acres, the Lefthand fire is slightly further but still a danger to Boulder. Grand Lake, Grandby, Estes Park, Jamestown, Ward have all been evacuated. Loveland is super close to the fire. Fort Collins is close to the fire. People didnt have a chance to get their horses out so there are horses with spray painted names and numbers roaming somewhere. The bears and mountain lions are coming down the mountain. I feel so bad for the animals. I have been excavating my house for the things I love and don't want to burn. It is overwhelming.
